Return Policy
All products are custom and
designed per your specifications. We email proofs for you to verify what it is you'll be receiving from us.
If the approved proofs do not match the
engraved material or if the product arrives damaged, then please
contact us within 7 days of receiving
the product so we can make arrangements to have the product sent
back to us.
Since stone is a
natural piece, variances in the stone are possible.
Products will
not be accepted based on variances
in the stone as that is an uncontrollable factor.
